1. Information on the collection of personal data

We, Raven Weapon AG (hereinafter "we" or "us"), take the protection of your personal data very seriously.
We treat your data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations, in particular the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This privacy policy informs you about the collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal data when you visit our website and in the context of our business activities.

Raven Weapon AG is responsible within the meaning of data protection laws.
You can request information, correction or deletion of your data at any time via the aforementioned contact address.

3. Data collection when visiting the website

When you visit our website, information is automatically sent to the server of our website by the browser you are using. This data (so-called server log files) includes:
- Visited page or file
- Date and time of access
- Amount of data transferred
- Source/reference from which you came to the page
- Browser and operating system used
- IP address of the accessing computer

This data is technically necessary to display our website, to ensure stability and security and to analyze possible malfunctions. 
This data is not merged with other sources. 
The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the functionality and security of the website.

4. Cookies

Our website does not currently use cookies or comparable tracking technologies. 
If cookies are used in the future, we will inform visitors to the website transparently and - if necessary - obtain their consent.

5. Hosting and technical infrastructure

Our website and online store are operated by swissbrain ag (Switzerland). 
All digital data, including cloud storage, email and backups, are hosted exclusively by Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland). 
Both providers operate their data centers exclusively in Switzerland and meet the highest security and data protection standards. 
Data is not transferred outside of Switzerland.
There are order processing contracts in place that guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data in accordance with the FADP and GDPR.

6. Collection and processing of personal data

We only collect personal data insofar as this is necessary for the performance of our services, e.g. in the case of For example:
- Orders in the online store,
- Preparation of quotations or invoices,
- Contact inquiries by email or contact form,
- Legal obligations under the Weapons Act (e.g. checking gun purchase licenses).

Collected data may include: Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, payment information, customer number, gun purchase licenses or identification data.

Weapon purchase licenses, identification documents and comparable evidence are archived in paper form. Digital copies are stored exclusively in Infomaniak's protected cloud.

7. Payment processing

The payment methods currently include prepayment and invoice (bank transfer). 
Future payment methods such as TWINT or credit cards will be processed in accordance with the respective data protection regulations of the payment service providers. 
Payment data will be used exclusively for the purpose of processing the contract and will not be passed on to third parties, except to the financial institutions involved.

8. Shipping service providers

We use Swiss Post, DPD or DHL to deliver our goods. 
Only the data required for delivery (name, address, telephone number if applicable) will be transmitted to these shipping service providers.
The data transfer takes place in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR / Art. 31 para. 2 lit. a revDSG for contract fulfillment.

9. Newsletter

A newsletter system exists in principle, but no regular newsletters are currently sent. 
If a newsletter is to be sent in the future, separate consent will be obtained in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

10. Data security

We use technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration or destruction.
These include:
- SSL/TLS encryption of the website connection
- Secure server infrastructure (Infomaniak Network SA)
- Access restrictions for authorized persons
- Regular security checks and backups

11. Storage period

We only store personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the respective purposes or to comply with legal retention periods.
Documents required by law (e.g. accounting or weapons documents) are archived in accordance with the relevant legal provisions.

12. Rights of data subjects

Within the framework of the applicable data protection law (revDSG and GDPR), you have the right in particular to:
- information about your stored data,
- correction of incorrect or incomplete data,
- deletion (right to be forgotten),
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- objection to certain processing,
- revocation of consents granted.

13. right to object

You can object to the processing of your personal data at any time if there are reasons arising from your particular situation or if the processing is for direct marketing purposes.
On receipt of your objection, we will no longer process the data concerned unless there are compelling legal grounds or the processing serves to assert legal claims.

14. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy if necessary in order to adapt it to changed legal or technical requirements. 
The current version will be published on our website.
