These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries, services and contracts of Raven Weapon AG (hereinafter "Seller") with its customers (hereinafter "Customer") via the online store, by e-mail, by telephone or in direct sales.
Deviating terms and conditions of the Customer shall only be recognized if they are expressly confirmed in writing by the Seller.
All offers and prices in the online store or in price lists are non-binding.
By clicking on the "Order" button, the customer submits a binding purchase offer.
The automatic order confirmation is not considered as acceptance of the offer, but only as confirmation of receipt.
The contract is only concluded with the express written acceptance or the dispatch of the goods.
Optical deviations or technical changes to illustrations and descriptions are reserved.
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), including the legally applicable value added tax (VAT), excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs are shown separately and are not shown in the product prices
The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. The prices valid on the order date apply.
Payment methods:
- Prepayment / bank transfer
- TWINT / credit card / debit card
- Invoice (only for registered business customers after credit check)
Unauthorized deductions will be charged subsequently.
In the event of late payment, the following costs apply:
- Reminder fee: CHF 30.- per reminder (after 50, 70 and 90 days)
- Collection costs: according to the amount of the claim, min. CHF 250.-
A down payment of 20% of the total amount is due within 48 hours of reservation or order.
If payment is not made on time, the goods will be released again.
If the customer cancels the order, the deposit will be retained as compensation for expenses.
Deliveries are usually made within 3 working days of receipt of payment by Swiss Post or DPD, provided the items are in stock.
If a product is not available, the customer will be informed and can decide whether to wait for the subsequent delivery or withdraw from the purchase.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the current rates of the shipping service provider.
Weapons, weapon components or ammunition will only be sent by registered mail and only to persons who have provided proof of identification. A different delivery address will not be accepted.
Damaged consignments must be reported to the post office immediately.
The customer must submit the damage report (photo or scan to info@ravenweapon.ch).
Externally unrecognizable transport damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
If a consignment is missing for more than 5 days despite confirmation of dispatch, the customer must report this immediately so that an investigation can be initiated.
If no notification is made, the responsibility for the investigation lies with the customer himself.
There is no statutory right of revocation for weapons, ammunition or goods ordered according to customer requirements.
Returns can only be made within 10 days of receipt of the shipment with the prior consent of the seller.
Returns without authorization or returns received late will not be accepted.
The customer bears the cost of the return.
The following are not accepted: used or damaged items, items without original packaging, custom-made items or customer-specific orders.
If the return is approved, the purchase price will be refunded or credited minus a 5% handling fee and any reduction in value.
The goods remain the property of Raven Weapon AG until full payment has been made.
In the event of late payment, the seller is entitled to withdraw from the contract and reclaim the goods.
The warranty period is 24 months from the date of sale (excluding used goods).
The warranty only covers material and manufacturing defects.
The following are excluded from the warranty: normal wear and tear, improper handling, storage or modification, damage caused by external intervention, moisture, dropping or incorrect ammunition, wearing parts (e.g. batteries, seals, grip covers, lamps, rechargeable batteries).
In the event of defects, the goods must be sent in with sufficient postage and proof of purchase.
Raven Weapon AG reserves the right to rectification or replacement.
A claim for conversion or reduction only exists if rectification is not possible within a reasonable period of time.
Any liability for consequential damages resulting from improper use, assembly or modification of the products is excluded.
Claims for damages due to late delivery, technical modifications or printing errors are excluded.
The purchase of weapons, essential weapon components, weapon accessories and ammunition is governed by the Swiss Weapons Act (WG).
Buyers are obliged to present the required documents in the original (weapons purchase license or exemption permit, valid ID, current criminal record extract if applicable).
No shipment or handover will take place without valid documents.
The buyer shall bear the costs of any permits.
The purchase is prohibited for nationals of certain countries in accordance with Art. 12 para. 1 lit. b WG.
To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is given for used weapons. Conversion or reduction are excluded.
Persons resident in Switzerland aged 18 and over are eligible to take part.
A permit is required for weapons or ammunition in accordance with the WG. Prizes will not be paid out in cash. Legal recourse is excluded.
Contests are not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook.
Raven Weapon AG adheres to the highest standards when processing personal data. All data is stored on specially encrypted Infomaniak servers.
The place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction is Wolfhausen (ZH). Swiss law applies exclusively.
Raven Weapon AG is entitled to sue the customer at the court of his place of residence.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
