The asymmetrical cut-outs on the forks eliminate the tuning effect and thus the whistling typical of fire suppressors with open forks. compatible with all 7.62 mm caliber silencers with HexaLug interface. Due to the downward compatibility of HexaLug, it is not possible to fit a silencer with a smaller caliber. This means that a 5.56 mm caliber silencer cannot be accidentally mounted on a 7.62 mm caliber silencer. A flash hider is indispensable for weapons that are also used without a silencer and are not intended to emit muzzle flash. However, if a weapon is used mainly or exclusively with a silencer, a muzzle brake should be preferred to a flash hider. The three chambers of the muzzle brake divert hot powder gases to the side, which extends the service life of the silencer.
